Jason Stolicny is the Deputy Director of Project Development for the Maryland Transportation Authority. He has fifteen years of highway design and roadway project management experience, specializing in Alternative Project Delivery. Jason graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and holds a Professional Engineer's license in the State of Maryland.
