CRAB Director of Development Debbie Daugherty will review the exciting plans for the new Adaptive Boat Center and explain the volunteer opportunities at CRAB.

pCAPCA is currently holding monthly meetings online using Zoom. Prior to each meeting, an email containing the Zoom link will be sent to members and others on our mailing list. One week before the meeting, the Zoom link will also be posted on the public and members’ home page right under the photo header. You don’t need a Zoom account to access the meetings.

Captain Miles will sail us through the fascinating history of clipper privateers and share some of his modern-day experiences on Pride of Baltimore II. He has been with Pride of Baltimore, Inc. since 1981 when he joined as one of three rotating captains on the original Pride of Baltimore. He is a tall ship master with more than 50 years of experience as a professional sailor.

Captain Hood will present his exciting seven-week trip from Annapolis, MD to Lake Champlain and return. The 1,200-mile round trip required un-stepping and re-stepping the masts of his beautiful Cherubini 48 schooner, Adventurer. Captain Hood has been a professional sailboat captain and Instructor Evaluator for the American Sailing Association since 1984. He has sailed, taught, and lectured around the world.
